Any use of the content without the express authorisation of its owners is prohibited. In particular, you must not copy, republish, reproduce, duplicate, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute material from baovans.com. Any unauthorised use will be duly pursued by the legitimate owners.

You may access baovans.com for your personal use, subject to the restrictions of this legal notice. Using the site implies acceptance of these conditions, which we may modify at any time; the current version will always be available on this page.

Licence of use

Access to the site does not grant any exploitation rights over its content beyond the personal use indicated. The use of the BaoVans logo or other graphic material is not permitted without a trademark licence agreement.

9 Safety and protection for our customers

At BaoVans we understand that renting a vehicle is more than a service: it's an experience. We strive to ensure maximum safety and peace of mind at every step of the process.

Commitment to quality and maintenance

All our vehicles —campers, cars and vans— undergo rigorous inspections and regular maintenance. Each vehicle is thoroughly checked before and after every rental to ensure it is in impeccable condition.

Insurance coverage and deposit

All vehicles are rented fully insured with a deductible. The Deductible Reduction is an optional service that lowers the deductible amount.

• Campers: basic coverage with a €5,000 deductible. With the Deductible Reduction, the deductible drops to €800 and includes roadside assistance up to 500 km from our office (Villarroel, 58, Barcelona).
• Cars and vans: basic coverage with a €2,500 deductible. The deductible can be lowered with the Deductible Reduction, which also adds roadside assistance up to 500 km from our office.

Roadside assistance

For campers as well as cars and vans, roadside assistance is included when contracting the Deductible Reduction.

Cancellation policy

• Campers: free cancellation up to 3 months before the rental starts. With at least 30 days' notice, 50% of the amount is refunded; with less than 30 days, the full amount is charged.
• Cars and vans: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the contract starts, by emailing info@baovans.com, by phone or via WhatsApp at +34 627 93 95 14.
