📜 Terms and conditions

  • 1 rental day = 1 Bao. Baos are calculated based on the duration of each completed and paid booking.
  • The welcome coupon AKRFWSD10 is valid for one booking per user and applies only to your first booking.
  • Redeeming 100 Baos generates a unique single-use discount code, valid for one booking.
  • Baos do not expire as long as your account is active.
  • Baos are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cancellations or no-shows do not earn Baos.
  • BaoVans reserves the right to modify the program conditions with prior notice.

❓ Frequently asked questions

When are Baos added to my account?

Baos are automatically added once the booking is completed (when you return the vehicle). They may take up to 48h to appear in your dashboard.

Can I combine the welcome coupon with the Baos discount?

No, discounts cannot be combined. You can only apply one code per booking.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

If you cancel, no Baos are added. If they were already added and the booking is later cancelled, those Baos will be subtracted from your account.

Can I gift my Baos to a friend?

Not yet — Baos are linked to your account. We’re working on adding this option.
