Insurance Coverage and Deposit
- Campers: Basic coverage includes vehicle damage with a €5,000 deductible. With the premium coverage, the deductible is reduced to €800 and includes roadside assistance up to 500 km from our office at Calle Villarroel 58, 08011 Barcelona.
- Cars and Vans: Basic coverage includes vehicle damage with a €2,500 deductible. The deductible can be reduced by opting for the premium coverage, which also includes roadside assistance up to 500 km from our office at Calle Villarroel 58, 08011 Barcelona.
Roadside Assistance
- Campers: Roadside assistance is included with premium coverage.
- Cars and Vans: Roadside assistance is included with premium coverage.
Cancellation Policy
- Campers: Free cancellation up to 3 months before rental start. If canceled at least 30 days in advance, 50% refund; cancellations within 30 days of rental start incur full charge.
- Cars and Vans: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before rental start by contacting us via email at info@baovans.com, phone, or WhatsApp at +34 627 93 95 14.
